How does Marathon mode difficulty progression work?
Difficulty ramps automatically based on your answer count: questions 1-10 are Easy, 11-30 are Medium, 31-50 are Hard, and 51+ are Expert. One wrong answer ends the run immediately.
Is there a maximum marathon length?
No maximum. The run continues until you make a mistake. Our longest recorded marathon streak is over 200 consecutive correct answers.
Does Marathon mode save my progress?
Your longest streak per topic is saved locally. If you close the browser mid-run, that run is lost, but your best historical streak remains.
